FIELD: conversion of constant voltage. SUBSTANCE: device has master oscillator 1 which has input connected with output of OR gate 13. Signals from saturation detectors 14 and 15 are applied to inputs of OR gate, as well as signals from two-position relay 11. Master oscillator operates as one-shot multivibrator which forms output pulse depending on arrival of OR signals from saturation detectors or from feedback unit. One-sided saturation is eliminated due to checking of state of hysteresis loop of power transformer 7. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 dwg
