SUBSTANCE: device has active and passive electrodes 1 and 2, voltage source 3, clock pulse generator 4, voltage comparator 5, RS-flip-flop 6, digital indicator 7, attenuator 8, button 9 with make contact, unit 10 for forming granular voltage with digital and analog outputs, current comparator 11, OR gate 12, controlled switch 13, digital functional converter 14, maximum current value set-point device 15 with digital and analog outputs, the second RS-flip-flop 16 and additional indication element 17. Current and voltage comparators 5 and 11 correspondingly permit to prevent the current values of parameters to pass out limits of preset values which have been chosen based upon analysis of dynamic volt-ampere and dynamic transient characteristics of acupuncture points.
