FIELD: physical training. SUBSTANCE: dynamic dumb-bell has loading member formed as body of rotation with supporting surfaces on ends, rod axially arranged within its cavity and provided with end flanges, with one flange being connected with handle, and two helical conical springs having smoothly varying profile. Springs are mounted between rod end flanges and loading member. Small end of each spring is connected with rod end flange and large end of each spring is connected with loading member. Rigidity of each spring in balanced and extreme positions of loading member is restricted by ratio taking into account constructive parameters of dumb-bells. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 8 cl, 7 dwg
