FIELD: electronic, chemical, mining, food, pharmaceutical and other industries; cleaning of gas effluents from dust and toxic gaseous components. SUBSTANCE: lower part of cap distributor 4 has blades 7 vertically secured on its end face. Plane of blades forms acute angle with tangent line of surface of cap distributor 4. Each blade 7 is hollow, perforated, with open lower end face. Gauze secured on blade is installed for oscillating of free end. Radial inclined plates 6 are perforated and installed for turning in vertical plane relative to hinge joint secured on distributing grid and are spring-loaded. Distributing grip is connected to housing and cap distributor through shock absorbers. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 7 dwg
