PLANT FOR MOLDING ARTICLES FROM VISCOPLASTIC MASS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for production of building materials at plants producing bricks, blocks and others. SUBSTANCE: plant for molding articles from viscoplastic mass has body with mass supplying device, molding roller, molding webs fixed in body lower part and closed pulling member located between webs under molding roller. Attached to pulling member are L-shaped molds. Mass supplying device is made made in form of rotor with circular parallel passages. Rotor is adjacent to molding roller and installed above its horizontal axis. Mass supplying device also has supplying roller adjacent to rotor from the side opposite to molding roller and immovable knife whose one part is located in rotor annular recesses, and the other comes in contact with cylindrical surface of molding roller. Lines of contact of immovable knife are located at least not below horizontal axis of molding roller, and rotor diameter across its annular projections is equal to diameter of molding roller. Secured between molding webs behind the molding roller and under it is smoothing bar whose one part contacts cylindrical surface of molding roller, and the other part is positioned at the level of plane running through tops of vertical parts of L-shaped molds.
