FIELD: production of synthetic polymers. SUBSTANCE: grinder 21 has body with additional working rolls 31 positioned circumferentially of grinder body. Additional rolls 31 are conjugated with main working roll 23. Pipes 42 for supplying overheated water steam are positioned along additional and main roll conjugation line. Pipes 42 are made blind at their one end and are mounted adjacent to branch pipes 41 for discharging of substances. Steam supply collector is connected with pipes 42. Surfaces of pipes 42 faced towards additional and main roll conjugation line are provided with perforations formed as cylindrical openings.
