FIELD: production of synthetic rubber. SUBSTANCE: degasifier of second-stage separation is provided with an agitator aligned with the upper pipe connection connected to a vapor ejector for creation of vacuum in the second-stage separation degasifier, perforated taper plates installed in the upper part of the second-stage separation degasifier in pairs one above the other and their bases facing each other. In each pair some plates have a base diameter smaller than the diameter of the second-stage separation degasifier and their cone vertexes face upwards. The other plates in each pair are made as truncated cones with the diameter of bases equal to the diameter of the second-stage separation degasifier. Perforations in the plates have the shape of an arch, whose camber faces from the plates, they are arranged in concentric circumferences and at an acute angle to the surface of the plates. The lower pipe connection of the second-stage separation degasifier used for the discharge of pulp is installed at the level of the agitator. Pipe connection of the second-stage degasifier used for pulp feed is installed for pulp feed to the center of the upper taper plate. The upper pipe connection used for discharge of the vapor-gas phase of the third-stage separation apparatus is connected to the vapor ejector. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 5 dwg
