FIELD: antitheft devices for bicycles. SUBSTANCE: device has two parts 3 and 6 installed concentrically for rotation relative to each other. First part has slots 17, second part has cavities 16 of solid of revolution 18 installed in slots. Each cavity and slot are made for alignment by rotating the parts relative to each other, thanks to it solid of revolution can be simultaneously fitted in slot and cavity. Device has lock 19 installed for engagement in fastened position with solid of revolution for holding the latter in engagement with slot and cavity. With lock in unfastened position solid of revolution is free to get in and out of engagement with cavity slot and cavity are in line. Device has fastener 2 to secured device on steering mechanism of automotive vehicle. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 7 cl, 3 dwg
