FIELD: preparation and dispensing of carbonated beverage by means of compressed gas. SUBSTANCE: method involves screwing captive nut onto casing threaded end; fitting balloon 11 onto needle 9. When balloon membrane comes into contact with cutting edge of needle 9, throat is sealed in sleeve. Needle 9 fixed in central opening of bar 7 shifts bar 7. As a result opposed side of flange is separated from resilient locking member. Upon breaking of balloon membrane, compressed gas is delivered into container through spaces between bar 7 and guiding sleeve 13 and through channels 17, channel 3 and syphon tube 5.
