FIELD: material handling facilities; dispensing of liquids from hermetically sealed containers. SUBSTANCE: device has housing channel to pass liquid, valve to shutoff liquid, flange and tube. Upper part of housing has springy pressure plate hermetically connected with housing for displacement along axle. Rod with cone-shaped valve is found on inner side of spring plate. Springy pressure plate is provided with concentric grooves. Valve is set in operating position by forcing it through conical hole in flange with shank. According to other design version, springy pressure plate is made integral with housing. Soldered-in rod with ball-shaped valve fitted through flange is found on inner side of plate. Flange is made of more soft material homogeneous with material of housing. In this case pressure plate is provided with radial stiffening ribs. Spout with channel for dispensing of liquid is made detachable and it can be secured on housing at any angle. invention provides dispensing of liquid in metered-out amounts without losses, with preservation of palatability of drinks and required sanitary conditions.
