SUBSTANCE: the installation has a casing-reactor with leach liquor inlet and outlet branch-pipes, leach liquor reservoir, leach liquor flow distributor in the form of a ball valve installed in the lower part of the casing-reactor above the leach liquor inlet branch-pipe, the casing-reactor is made in the form of two W-shaped conjugated truncated cones with an adjacent wall, the middle part of each cone is installed in the leach liquor reservoir and connected to it in a closed circuit in the lower part through the leach liquor inlet branch-pipe and leach liquor branch pipe in the upper part.
