FIELD: hydrometallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for contacting of solid and liquid phases includes cylindrical body with conical bottom, charging tube, upper circular trough with overflow lip, process solution inlets and outlets and discharging airlift. Solution inlet has conical distributor located in conical bottom at distance from lower base and bottom side generator equalling radius of bottom discharge hole. In this case, diameter of discharge hole of conical distributor equals 1.5-2.0 diameters of solution inlet, and the latter equals 0.1-0.12 diameter of apparatus body. Besides, angles of inclination of generator side surface of conical distributor and conical bottom amount to 10-15 and 15-25 deg., respectively. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
