FIELD: geology. SUBSTANCE: unit has sailing means provided with lift-descent mechanisms, transportation pipe-line which has lower part in form of converging tube 2 with spring-loaded rest members 4, additional pipe-line 5 mounted for rotation and provided with support plate 9 which has windows 10. Pipe-line 5 is connected with actuating member by means of gimbal shaft II. Conic part of members 4 introduces into crust 4 that prevents rotation of pipe-line I due to rotation of pipe-line 5 and possible touches at curves. Springs 3 mounted in case of converging tube 2 reduce vibrations during operation which cause negative resonance effects. The springs sustain lower part of transportation main at vertical position at sloped and abrupt falling bedding of cobalt crusts. Pipe-line 5 disposed onto sailing means is driven into rotation, then pipe-line 5 transmits torque to rock-breaking tool 12 through cardan shaft 11. Abrasive material 13 during process of rotation of rock-breaking tool 12 breaks cobalt crust 14 to form finely dispersed slam which is airlifted by compressed air onto the sailing mean; compressed air is fed to powder distributing device 6 along internal cavity of pipe-line 5.
