FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: speed governor has centrifugal meter for measuring the rotational speed, device for setting the rotational speed, actuating servomotor 6 connected with engine fuel delivery member, proportional-plus-integral feedback servomotor 7, distributing device with spool valve 8 and two movable bushes 9 and 10 which is mounted in hydraulic line connecting the pressure source with actuating servomotor 6 and proportional-plus-integral feedback servomotor 7; each movable bush 9 and 10 of distributing device is kinematically linked with servo- motor 7 and spool valve 8 is kinematically linked with centrifugal speed meter. Mounted in movable bush is additional spool valve 11 which is kinematically linked with device for setting the rotational speed and is hydraulically connected with actuating servomotor 6.
