SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes using 50 ml of 0.2-percent inulin solution based on physiologic sodium chloride solution, inhaling inulin solution using ultrasonic inhaler, collecting secretion every six hours during 5 to 6 days, studying collected matter with the object of detecting indicator by Roy's fructose detecting method. Disclosed method further prescribes carrying out photocolorimetric study for scaling up accuracy, quantitatively determining amount of indicator contained in secretion by referring to calibration curve, and continuing assay until reagent is not detected in three running portions of secretion. EFFECT: higher accuracy and lower rate of traumatism.
