FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: patients were subjected for the successive 7-10 endotracheal infusion of 0.05% sodium hypochlorite solution (10-20 ml, by 40 ml for one seance) followed by inhalation with 10 ml the same solution for 10-14 days. This treatment is carried out additionally to the conventional therapy. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment, decreased complications and cost.
