FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes bilaterally transplanting two antigenically identical (both auto- and allo-) donor's kidneys on iliac vessels of kidneyless recipient's organism, reinnervating these by comparable methods, momentarily removing both transplants during period of interest, dissecting similar transportal and transpolar relatively perpendicular so-called "central" organ blocks, quantitatively determining innervation indices and interstitial concentrations of neuromediators in both cortical and medullary layers, and finally determining degree of effectivity of used reinnervation methods based on results of comparison of specific parameters. EFFECT: disclosed method may find application in transplantology and more specifically in development of new effective methods of correcting deinnervation disorders in transplanted kidney.
