FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes transplanting kidney together with renal plexus into pelvis, anastomosing donor's renal vessels to recipient's iliac vessels, cutting out fascio-advintitial grafts from anterior lateral surfaces of recipient's iliac artery and vein, isolating kidney with aortal renal and celiac ganglions, dissecting preganglion connections of isolated neural nodes with simultaneously withdrawing renal nervous complex from blood flow, encompassing each ganglion by free portions of paravasal grafts, securing nervous nodes in molded couplings, washing off kidney with preservative perfusate, and then restoring anatomic donor-recipient links of transplant. EFFECT: restoration of innervation due to restoration of viability of intrarenal nervous system of transplant.
