MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION FOR MAN Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2028172 C1

FIELD: sports. SUBSTANCE: purpose of invention is to improve performance of free piston engine which is basic unit of means of transportation, to improve reliability of fuel system by atomizing fuel when air is moving from compressor into receiver, to maintain constant pressure in fuel tank, to cut down fuel consumption owing to provision of by-layer fuel-air mixing in engine cylinder, and to produce no adverse effect on environment by preventing getting of fuel fumes from fuel tank into atmosphere. Engine has intake valve arranged in lower part of cylinder and channel with valve to connect cylinder under-piston space with intake channel in cylinder head. Above-piston space of guide tube is connected with receiver space through fuel-feed device with air and fuel valves. Receiver communicates with fuel tank space through channel with check valve. EFFECT: improved performance of free piston engine. 2 dwg
