FIELD: aeronautics. SUBSTANCE: anchored balloon has telescopic pole 6, in cavity of which compressed gas is fed; module-collector 13 and auxiliary braces 8, 9. At instant of balloon lifting valve 11 opens and compressed gas from source 12 goes into cavity of telescopic pole 6. Under pressure of gas and due to aerostatic lifting force balloon with load nodule 2 is lifting into air, moving apart telescopic pole 6 and unreeling rope braces 3, 8, 9. After full extraction, sections of telescopic pole are fixed by electric locks 7. Operations to lower balloon down are exercised in reverse order. EFFECT: expansion of balloon operational capabilities, decrease of vibrations and increase of reliability. 1 dwg
