Control chamber 8 is made in device body. Tore 9 is located in control chamber 8 and installed on hose 10 for longitudinal motion together with hose. Control chamber 8 is communicated with system 15 supplying working medium. Cross-section of control chamber 8 is less than that of each working chamber.
