FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of reservoirs from humid formations and extraction of muddy soils (sapropel). Device for cleaning reservoirs and extraction of muddy soils comprises an intake working member comprising a U-shaped housing with working chambers, a sleeve of elastic material, ends of which are turned and fixed on inner walls of working chambers, and a working medium supply system. Intake working element is equipped with a torus from an elastic material. Housing has control chamber arranged between said working chambers communicated therewith. At that, the toroid is placed in the control chamber and installed on the sleeve with the possibility of longitudinal movement together with the sleeve. Control chamber is communicated with working agent feed system while control chamber cross section is smaller than that of every working chamber. Device for transfer of intake working element is made of sealed chamber, located in it drive drum, sleeve, wound by one end on drive drum, tapes fixed on sleeve and connected to housing by means of rollers, wherein the other sleeve end is turned and fixed on the sealed chamber housing, and the latter is interconnected with the working agent supply system. Inner walls of the inverted hose arranged in the working chambers and inner walls of the toroid are twisted in a helical manner relative to their central axes. Torsion of inner walls of sleeve and toroid are unidirectional. Degree of torsion of the inner walls of the sleeve must be such that formation of a dense linear bundle is achieved, and the degree of torsion of the inner walls of the toroid should be such that formation of a dense linear bundle tightly enveloping the twisted inner walls of the sleeve is achieved.
