APPARATUS TO APPLY FERTILIZERS IN SOIL Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pulling mechanism with mounting system, frame with supporting wheels and mounted on frame basket with measuring window. Small frame with transverse beams, supporting wheels and mechanism to regulate run of plough-shares is connected to basket frame from front side. Small frame is connected with cultivator and its plough-shares - with covering devices. Cultivators are spring-loaded to plough-shares. Basket has plate-type conveyers with drive, and guides to feed fertilizers into slots of plough-shares. Cantilever is mounted on rear beam of small frame, that is hinged to frame of basket. Worm conveyer with left and right winding is mounted in basket body. Beaters are mounted on ends of worm feeder. Side ends of body bottom have unloading windows. Guides are connected to worm feeder body, set inclined and are changeable, depending of width of plough-shares spacing. Drive of plate-type conveyers is made in the form of gear box. EFFECT: apparatus to apply fertilizers in soil allows to exercise uniform deep application of organic and mineral fertilizers in space between rows of plants. 10 dwg
