FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: helical spiral bent in one plane in an arch is placed in the housing and a mixing member is located from its convex side. Additional bent double helical spirals, with their convex side facing the mixing member located through the center of the housing, are disposed in the same plane as the main spiral. The housing walls are congruent to the spiral convex sides. The longitudinal axles of the discharger and the housing are coaxial. The spiral axles form a closed-type figure in the lay-out.
