FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: material is scanned with a laser beam in the plane, its layer is destructed and removed with a mechanical tool. This tool is shifted along the periodical curve in synchronism with the laser ray and simultaneously the forward motion is exercised according to the material destruction. Such a tool can be made in the shape of a disk with blades fastened on its edge. The scanning device is made in the shape of a mirror pyramid mounted on the same disk.
