FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: plant has a self-moving framework on which the vertical guides connected with a horizontal beam are mounted. A mold and overload are set on the vertical guides with the aid of shoes. The displacement drive of the mold and overload is made with blocks located on the horizontal beam and flexible members rounding them. Each flexible member is equipped with a double-arm lever hinged on its end. One of these arms is hinged with the other end of the flexible member forming a closed loop. The other arm of the lever is connected with the shoe of the mold by means of a flexible link. In this case the axles of the blocks located on the horizontal beam are connected between themselves.
