FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration devices intended for compacting concrete articles. Proposed device comprises forming table (1) on three supports (9, 10, 11) with aligned wheels (12, 13) and rotary wheel (14) with handle (20), vibration generator (3) with drive (5) and mould (2), pressed by screw clamps (56) to pan (55) locked by swing bolts (59) with nuts (58) on plate (6) of table (1). Plate 6 incorporates detachable frame 29 with threaded jointing assembly that has four height adjustable supports 32 with working height h smaller than table clearance H. Plate (6) has gripping-guiding appliance (49). Generator (3) consists of crank (64) with adjustable eccentricity articulated via joint (81) with frame (29), and flexible element (4) made up of two opposed expansion springs (4a, 4b) arranged below con rod (65) travel zone and hooked by their ends (90, 91, 92, 93) with holes (88, 89) of the frame hook (87) and retainers (94, 95) of rigid base (38), which are furnished with tensioning appliances (screw- or drum-type, each with drum adjustable width and ratchet mechanism that has gear wheel aligned with drum side piece, and with throw-over latch). Aforesaid vibration generator provides for table vibration with frequency of 1.0-2.5 Hz and amplitude of 0.020-0.070 m.
