SUBSTANCE: press has a bedplate, an electric drive, V-belt transmission, a main actuating mechanism with round connecting rod 4, eccentric shaft 3 and a counterbalancing device made in the form of profile extension springs 7 interacting with slide block 5 and cams 9, with the latters being made four-piece without the intermediate stands with equal angles of the profile of rise and drop and being shaped at every piece according to the law of the slide block motion.
