FIELD: manufacture of constructional products made of heavy concrete. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes stepping up temperature in heating zone during 4 (T/p) h from 60 (T/n)-0,28 to 105 (T/n)-0,43°C C, at the same time reducing relative humidity from 27 (T/n)0,72 to 9 (T/n)0,65 %, scaling down temperature in isothermic heating zone during 5 (T/p) h from 105 (T/n)-0,43 to 89 (T/n)-0,39°C C, at the same time building up relative humidity from 9 (T/n)0,65 to 12 (T/n)0,74 % %, reducing temperature in cooling zone during 5 (T/p) h from 89 (T/n)-0,39 to 55 (T/n)-0,23°C C, at the same time increasing relative humidity from 12 (T/n)0,74 to 32 (T/n)0,63 % %. From above figures it follows that T represents duration of heat treatment cycle, disregarding preliminary standing time, expressed in terms of hours and p denotes number of points inside chamber. EFFECT: rate of consumption of natural gas per unit product reduced by 20 %, rate of corrosion of metallic molds retarded and life of heat generators prolonged. 2 dwg, 2 tbl
