FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to the heat treatment of prefabricated reinforced concrete products at construction industry enterprises. The method of heat treatment of prefabricated reinforced concrete products includes heating with natural gas combustion products, isothermal exposure and cooling of moulded products in a heat treatment chamber. Before moulding, the concrete mixture is heated to 60-65°C by preheating the mixing water and aggregates. Moulded products without preliminary exposure are placed in a heat treatment chamber, where they are subjected to heat treatment according to the following regime: (0.2-0.3)+6+2 hours, where 0.2-0.3 hours is heating, 6 hours is isothermal holding at 60-65°C and 2 hours is cooling in the chamber without coolant supply. Before loading into the heat treatment chamber, the open surface of the moulded products is covered with a heat-resistant polymer film.

EFFECT: reduction in the duration of heat treatment of reinforced concrete products without deteriorating the construction and technical properties of the products.
