FIELD: aircraft engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine engine has auxiliary loop operated by hydrogen. The auxiliary loop includes an additional air path. The air path connects the outlet of a free compressor with the auxiliary chamber. Hydrogen is a coolant in the engine loop. High pressure air is used for cooling the turbine of the main loop. The cooling air is fed to the combustion chamber of intermediate overheating downstream of the turbine. Liquified air, which is converted into gas, enters the chamber simultaneously.
