FIELD: fan engineering. SUBSTANCE: fan has bearing frame 10, working wheel 1 mounted inside casing 4 on vertical shaft 2, electric motor 3 having fastening members, and inlet branch pipe 8. The fastening member are made up as inner plate disks 5 arranged over periphery of electric motor casing 4. The disks enclose air-operated rubber chambers 6 and are in contact with the outer plate disks 7 coupled with inlet branch pipe 8 and secured to bearing frame 10 with bolts.
