FIELD: physical optics. SUBSTANCE: collimated radiation is directed into optical unit of collimator and flows of radiation are measured at input and output of optical unit. Radiation flux is directed into optical unit of imitator; the flux is larger than value of radiation flux of imitator itself at its usage and differs from distribution of values of spectral density for permanent component. Device for measuring flux has high-brightness radiator, optical filter, objective and radiometer; all the units are connected optically. Optical filter is made in form of transparent plate. Bandpass interference filter is made at one side of the plate, and Christiansen filter is made at the other its side with spectral transmission which provides coincidence of distribution spectral density of the flow which is used for measuring transmission coefficient, and radiation flux of imitator naturally with accuracy to constant component.
