SUBSTANCE: this device incorporates hollow flexible cylindrical housing 1 having diametrically opposite slits 2, 4 and 5 at one end and longitudinal threaded passage 7 and flange 6 at other end. Fixing assembly located inside housing includes pivot 11 threadedly connected to housing 1, spring 9 and rod 10 with spring-loaded stops 17, 18 and 20. One end of spring 9 is connected to pivot 11 and other end to rod 10. At least four stops 17, 18 and 20 are fitted into slots 2, 4 and 5 of housing 1. EFFECT: more sophisticated design. 2 cl, 5 dwg
