FIELD: purifying air and liquids. SUBSTANCE: water suspensions of mixture of air-dried and activated peats are used for making the filter. Water suspension of synthetic fibers is used as a binder. The water suspensions are mixed and then filters are formed and dried at 110-120 °C. The amounts of the suspensions are related by a relationship available in the invention description.
