FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vibrating table for molding frames, pattern blocks magazine, feeding bunker, movable frame, fixed on the frame dosing bunker with body, protecting device, catch, shell, set on dosing bunker body outer surface, with capability of longitudinal movement by two cylinders in respect to the bunker. Protecting device, made in the form of casing, mounted concentrically to shell, and catch are set inside dosing bunker with capability to move out of it and are fixed on frame with the help of telescopic rods. Catch moving out is realized due to the fact that its rod is made driven. Casing moves together with shell due to rigid link with it. During pattern block setting in molding frame shell and casing enter molding frame and sand feeding is exercised through ring-type canal between them, preventing direct sand action on patterns and catch. To draw dust off shell of dosing bunker is connected to shop drawing off system and casing has longitudinal slits.
