FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: ground structure has inside and outside dams, that protect embankment and join artificial structure at approaches. Both dams have closed form. Outside dam has sluices. Heights "h" and "H" are in interval of 0.13 - 0.33, with "h" - height of inside dam, "H" - height of outside dam. Design of regulating apparatus provides hydraulic thawing of frost grounds, due to which thawing of embarkment foundation is going on during the whole year. The whole year ground thawing process allows to stabilize ground spot for 7 - 8 years. EFFECT: ground structure on permafrost foundation is used in construction of ground dams, embankments and alike on permafrost grounds. 1 dwg
