FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: balancing counterweights are fixed on wings by L-shaped levers. Mean of wings turning and fixation in open state is made in the form of rigid V-shaped connecting rod, linked with turning wings by direct levers. Levers one side ends are hinged to wings and other side ends are hinged to connecting rod. Stair is made of two hinged to each other flights of stairs, that after stair is brought in idle position take salient form. EFFECT: convertible stairs are used in buildings constructing for passage between floors. 4 dwg
