Abstract RU 2029872 C1

FIELD: railroad tunnels ventilation. SUBSTANCE: ventilation shutter is made of two slide bolts, mounted so as to be capable to move in tunnel from direction of its opposite walls. Parts of bolts, that enter zone, located inside contour of overall dimensions of approaching structure, are made as plates of easy collapsible material. Both sides of each plate, have weakening grooves, made along lines, that adjoin parts of bolts, located on outer side of contour of overall dimensions of approaching structure. Polyurethane foam is used as material to manufacture plates. Each plate is made of separate connected to each other panels. Connections of panels, located on joints, that are perpendicular to surfaces of plates, is made less strong as compared to strength of panels. Panels are made right-angled and are collected in vertical rows, in which adjacent panels in neighboring rows are shifted in respect to each other by height. Plates have horizontal beams of rigidity, located on height of potential impact on shutter by locomotive and beams of rigidity have bulges to contact locomotive in case of emergency impact.
