HOLLOW ROTOR Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

Abstract RU 2030073 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for discrete electric drives. Invention practically provides for complete matching of points of fixing of rotor with presence and absence of current. Rotor is manufactured of two coaxial cups. One of them has one pair of teeth, the second one has two pairs of teeth. Teeth of one cup are positioned between teeth of the other cup forming teeth of rotor in the form of stepped blades. It is pioneer invention in line of manufacture of rotors of bridge inductor-reactive stepping electric motors with rectangular stepping that is why invention formula has no restrictive part. EFFECT: simplified manufacturing process due to making rotor of two simple parts instead of one more complex, increased reliability and precision of execution of step. 7 dwg
