FIELD: drying gases. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with branch pipes for supplying wet air and discharging cold dried gas. A rotor is coaxially mounted inside the housing. The rotor has distributing chambers separated by baffles, ring heat exchanging nozzle with branch pipes for supplying and discharging coolant, intermediate chamber with a bottom, and heat exchanging nozzle mounted outside. The ring heat exchanging nozzle is made up as a multi-passage heat exchanger having radial baffles and branch pipes for supplying coolant provided on its internal side and discharging coolant provided on its outer side. The intermediate chamber has additional branch pipes for discharging gas. The device has a mechanism for discrete rotation with a step equal to the distance between the radial baffles of the heat exchanging nozzle. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
