FIELD: construction materials industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has movable frame, on which vertical guides and forming block are mounted. Front part of frame has mounted on it drum with flexible film and contacting film spring-loaded roller, located in parallel to it. Another drum and roller are mounted on guides. Rollers are mounted, using capable to be turned in vertical plane levers. Besides, reels with flexible members, passing through rollers with means for their fixation, are mounted on frame and roller, set on guides. Plastic plank is made split in length with edges of sticking band in places of split. EFFECT: apparatus is used in construction materials industry. 3 cl, 5 dwg
