VIBRATORY MOLDING MACHINE FOR MANUFACTURING OF CONCRETE BLOCKS Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: production of construction materials. SUBSTANCE: vibratory molding machine has frame 1 and slab 2, guides 3 disposed between frame 1 and slab 2 and extending in vertical plane. Through die 5 with pan 6 and vibrator 8 is rigidly secured on guides 3. Molding machine is further provided with premolding unit having cross-piece 9 with punch 11, block dismantling unit and metering vessel 21 positioned above slab. Block dismantling unit has spring-loaded movable frame 17 mounted for reciprocating along vertical guides 3 by means of sliding sleeves and for retaining on these guides. Cross-piece 9 movable in slab is made in the form of two hollow members connected along their longitudinal axis by compression spring 10. Perforated detachable punch 11 with cap 12 secured on one end of cross-piece 9 and pressure member 13 and retainer member for cross-piece 14 are secured on other end of cross-piece 9. Cladding mixture metering vessel 21 is communicated with cavity of cross-piece 9. Die 5 is rigidly mounted on vertical guides 3 through sleeves with shock-absorbers and may be removed. Spring 10 of cross-piece 9 may be connected with dynamometer 16 mounted on slab 2, with spring force being regulated. Vibratory drive 7 of machine has a set of pulleys having different diameters. Any domestic mechanism with required power and provided with pulley may be used as vibratory drive 7. EFFECT: increased capacity and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 1 dwg
