SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1 with channel 2, cap 3 with edges 4, longitudinal slots 5, fitting groove 6 of thread bush 7, bush 8 of bar 9 of the soft-tip pen with the lower end face having a flat cross-section, soft-tip pen 10 with diametrically thickening bulging 11, thread protrusions 12 of the soft-tip pen, nest-cap 13 with thickening bulging 14 and the shell of bar 15. At the turning of thread bush 7 thread protrusions 12 of soft-tip pen 10 drop downwards along longitudinal slots 5 lowering at the same time along channel 2 soft-tip pen 10 with diametrically thickening bulging 11 in its lower part and bar 9 in shell 15 of soft-tip pen 10 out of bush 8 located in the lower part of housing 1 of the device. Cap 3 of housing 1 of the device with edges 4 doesn't let thread bush 7 rise. Edge 4 serves for mounting and removing of thread bush. EFFECT: simpler design. 2 dwg
