FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device for osteosynthesis and dental implantation. Device for osteosynthesis and dental implantation comprises a screw having a body with a thread on an external wall, made for screwing the screw into bone tissue, as well as a cap with an internal thread and an internal rod, the lower part of which is divided into L-shaped extending elements, and the upper part is equipped with head. In the upper part of the external wall of the screw there is a thread for screwing the cap and a protruding support for the cap stop. Inner wall of the screw contains a support for the head of the rod. Internal rod with possibility of rectilinear movement is placed in the main channel made in the screw body. Screw body in the lower part has a guide support, parallel to which there are inclined distal channels for extending elements, which are connected to the main channel. Cap is made with possibility of being screwed on the thread of the upper part of the screw to provide pressure on the upper part of the inner rod. Guide support is configured to split the retractable elements of the internal rod when the cap is screwed on and to provide a straight movement of the retractable elements through the distal canals for their exit into the bone tissue.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows providing enhanced screw fixation with minimization of excessive bone tissue injuries.
