FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable for recovery and increase of productivity of producing wells and intake of injection wells in case of bottom-hole formation zone and wellbore being clogged up with mud sediments and adsorbed asphalt-resinous matter above perforation, as well as in underground leaching of ores by means of holes (ores of uranium and rare elements from bauxites and phosphorites). SUBSTANCE: method for increase of well productivity includes injection into well of organic solvent, forcing it into formation, holding it in formation and removal of reaction products from formation when well is put into operation. Used as solvents are aqueous solutions of rocket fuel with quinoline or its derivatives and/or processing products of phytosterol, or sulfate refined soap. Said products are well compatible and provide for increase of productivity of wells with asphalt-resinous matter adsorbed by clay with simultaneous permeability and filterability of mudded up and asphalted formations with suppression of acid and hydrogen sulfide corrosion and hydrogen absorption by underground equipment of wells. Use of rocket fuel in form of aqueous solutions of hydrogen chloride hydrozine in form of mixture with quinoline or its derivatives, or with product of processing of phytosterol makes it possible to prevent hydrogen embrittlement of steel, increase the time between overhauls, and improve reservoir properties of mudded-up sand and carbonate producing formations. Use of quinoline or its derivatives simultaneously improves rheological properties of oil and involves in inhibiting action the nitrogen and sulfoxide compounds accumulated in the process of adsorption in bottom-hole zone of well and formation that promotes production of corrosion inhibitor under formation conditions with nitrogen and sulfur compounds being dissolved with quinoline and its aqueous solutions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 2 tbl
