FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method may be used for restoration and increasing productivity of water-encroached oil wells whose bottom-hole formation zone and oil field equipment are blocked with asphalt-resinous-paraffin deposits. The method includes injection of dissolving agent into bottom-hole formation zone, its forcing and holding in formation, and removal of dissolved products and their dispersion from formation. The method is distinguished by the fact that dissolving agent is used in the form of emulsion containing nonionic surfactant - syntanol ALM-10, or ALM-2, or OS-20, hydrocarbon solvent and water in weight ratio of 0.06:1:1. Prior to injection of emulsion into formation, it is used for treatment of pipes, pumping and downhole equipment during its circular circulation. After removal of dissolved products and their dispersion from formation, bottom-hole formation zone is treated with suspension of chemically modified highly dispersed silicon oxide - white black, silicious dust or opoka with water repellency degree of 96.0-98.0% in hydrocarbon solvent. It is used in the form of wide fraction of light hydrocarbons, condensate, kerosene, ligroin or diesel fuel.
