FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: device for orientation of whipstock in inclined and horizontal wells consists of sub with bushing whose outer side has oppositely built-in permanent magnets - magnetic insert and magnetic marker. Inclinometer with slide-wire, magnetic needle and frame is installed in branch pipe having rack with teeth. Inner surface of bushing has grooves. Bushing together with branch pipe is installed in sub with selective stopping by means of rings with slots and pin. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
