FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: two diaphragms are positioned inside a housing provided with inlet and outlet openings. The internal space of the housing is separated into two pressure-tight chambers between the diaphragms. Each chamber is provided with a seat with the normally open valving member secured to a composite plunger spring-loaded from the both sides. The plunger interacts with the diaphragm. Common outlet connecting pipe is mounted on the housing. The housing is separated into the two chambers by the flexible diaphragm secured to the plunger between the valving member and to the housing between the outlet openings provided with a check valve and connected to the common outlet connecting pipe.
