FIELD: hydraulic technical structures. SUBSTANCE: flexible [i[e is made of ring-shaped members, for example of old car tyres, connected to each other by tightenings with fixers. Tightenings are passing through holes in ring-shaped members sides. In the case, at least one of pipe butts has additional holes, made in flexible ring-shaped member side for joining. Holes are located on circumferences, concentric to pipe axis and shifted in respect to holes for tightenings. At least one end of tightenings is protruding beyond pipe butt. Method provides construction of pipeline of sections, in the capacity of which flexible pipes are used. Protruding ends of each flexible pipe tightenings are aligned with matching holes of each neighboring flexible pipe and exercise their joining. Place of joining is additionally tightened with staples. EFFECT: flexible pipe and method of pipeline construction are used in hydrotechnical facilities. 3 cl, 3 dwg
